Sunglasses is returned in new condition and packed as original. If the returned glass has been used, no refunds will be issued. We accept the test of your glasses in order to determine if they fit.

The Bamboo Shop provides 1 year warranty against manufacturer defects from the date of purchase

• To qualify, you must have proof of purchase from the authorized dealer of The Bamboo Shop.
• This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, environmental damage, scratches, loss or theft.
• This warranty does not apply to broken due to external forces or improper use.
• The Bamboo Shop will review your request and if your eyeglasses are deemed to be defective, we will repair or replace them for free.

• We accept Cash On Delivery except in COVID-19 situation.
• You can use direct bank transfer and secure payment via Paypal (you can use your Master cards, Credit cards…) in every order
